Well here it is... my new blog on all things wellness related as I work towards transforming my body with the 90 day challenge. It's already been a journey. I was food allergy tested and found out I am allergic to yeast, dairy, and gluten. Since then it's been figuring out all things Paleo and learning to love veggies. I then found a wonderful training who I am proud to call a friend as well. Erin has taught me a lot while kicking my butt!

So in 4 months I've lost 5.5 pounds, gained 2.5 lbs of muscle (rawr!) lost 1.5 inches off my hips and 1 in off my waist. I went down another pant size and have never felt better. I have tons of energy and feel clarity and purpose when it comes to the daily things I can handle.

My son is almost 3. When I had him I weighed close to 190. Since then I've made it my mission to get back down to my college weight of 120. I'm currently at 127 and have been sitting there for months. I'm hoping my commitment to this 90 day challenge will get me to the goal.
